Write for Us

We strive for ‘SciXplore’ to be a platform for students and STEM enthusiasts across the world to share their experiences, ideas and talents with the rest of the community. To achieve this objective, we encourage all undergraduate students fascinated by the sciences to write for us.

To see your work published on our website, mail your article/s to ugstempeers@gmail.com.

(Please note that we accept articles only from undergraduate students. If you are a post graduate student keen on writing about STEM, we urge you to check out Club SciWri’s official website.)

You can contribute to our website by writing for the following features:

  1. Tales of Science- You may write about the history and scientific journey of any individual/s that have been instrumental in shaping any scientific field as we know it today. You may also write the stories of award winning scientists who have inspired you.
  2. Decrypted- Under this feature, you may write any article that simplifies any landmark research paper that has changed the existing paradigm of the field. We request you to mail us the details of the paper you have aimed to simplify along with the article that you submit.
  3. Internships/Projects- Under this feature, you may submit a report about any scientific internship or project you were/are a part of or an article highlighting your experiences working on a scientific project. The aim of this feature is to bring to light the various opportunities in STEM for students. Hence, we urge students who have had the privilege to work on any scientific project or at a laboratory/institution to share their experiences with the rest of the community.
  4. Bazinga- If you like challenging others about any science related topic, this is the feature for you. You may submit scientific quizzes, crosswords, puzzles or any other piece of work that makes science fun for you.
  5. Xplore- You may submit any article that does not fit any of the above categories for this feature. This could include review articles about insightful topics, articles about any recent events or ongoing research, book reviews, poems or any other form of writing that help you express your interests in STEM.
